Tomato Dice

The "Tomato Dice" is a multimodal device designed to help remote workers take effective breaks through timeboxing, using visual and audio cues. After a year of ideation and prototyping, a usability study found users were fascinated by the dice and more likely to use it for relaxation. Recommendations included customization, volume control, and a silent mode for shared workspaces.
