Improving Waltham's Public Library

A pro-bono UX analysis to improve the Waltham Public Library's website. Using interviews with 11 patrons and a remote card sort, we identified navigation difficulties and unmet needs. This led to comprehensive recommendations for the website's information architecture, aesthetics, and long-term strategic improvements.
