Improving Feedback Collection in Hospitals

Faced with low survey response rates from teen patients, Boston Children's Hospital commissioned a design challenge. The team developed "Virtual Challenge," a mobile app offering gamified, bite-sized questions with rewards, which earned them an award for "Best End User Integration." The project also highlighted the importance of HIPAA compliance for patient data.
